New recruits were challenged with an activity whereby they had to identify and explain various social media tools. These tools included LinkedIn, Blogger, Facebook, Gmail, WordPress, Twitter, Picasa, Youtube, Slideshare and Skype. They had the opportunity to work in groups and to present their ideas of each social media application. I am pleased to say that most if not all of the responses were accurate and some recruits were very informative; providing facts pertaining to the founders of these applications as well as the dates when they were released.
I am excited to see what’s in store for the rest of the day, watch this space!
